Howdy! I’m OgloTheNerd! I’m a Linux (and sometimes BSD) user and
developer of free and open source software! I was born and raised in
Austin Texas, and my family has a nice chunk of land where we raise
chickens and grow herbs! I am best known for my YouTube channel
“OgloTheNerd” and some popular programs like Rebos. I used to program in
Rust, but now I primarily program in C. C is amazing… I love it so much!
I do not regret my decision to stop programming in Rust. I stopped
programming in Rust because it has a toxic community, a sketchy
foundation and a “build system” (if you can even call it that) that
downloads dependencies at compile-time instead of clone-time! C is also
just a lot more fun to program in. I am also the kind of person who
loves being pinged in places like Discord, so feel free to ping me in my
